Founding Team Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support

• Collaborate with the management team to plan, prioritize, and execute key initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis to provide insights that guide decision-making.
• Develop and monitor OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for various projects and teams.

Operations & Project Management

• Ensure seamless execution of cross-functional projects by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks while improving internal processes.
• Support day-to-day management tasks, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Data & Reporting

• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to track performance and progress.
• Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to support growth and efficiency.

Operational Alignment

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on growth goals and execution plans.
• Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and support scaling efforts.
• Act as a central point of coordination for growth-related projects and initiatives.

Special Projects

• Take ownership of critical ad hoc initiatives, from research and strategy to implementation.
• Work across diverse areas like business development, market analysis, and process optimization.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: 2–3 years in a consulting, business, or similar role.

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
