Reconciliation Clerk (Warehouse & Logistics)

Job Responsibilities
Comparison of orders & deliveries:
Checking whether the delivered goods match the orders (quantity, items, prices, quality).
Clarification of discrepancies with suppliers or internal departments (purchasing, logistics).
✅ Invoice verification & payment reconciliation:
Checking whether invoices match the orders and the goods delivered.
Checking whether payments have been allocated correctly.
Reconciliation of differences with accounting or purchasing.
✅ Data maintenance & system control:
Maintaining and correcting master data in the WMS.
Ensuring that all documents (delivery bills, invoices, proof of payment) are entered correctly in the system.
Job Requirements
🔹 Experience with JTL or any ERP systems
🔹 Knowledge of invoice verification & order reconciliation
🔹 Understanding of logistics and accounting processes
🔹 Analytical skills and accuracy
🔹 Communication skills to clarify deviations
🔹 Good knowledge of Excel is an advantage
